Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Dream Again, an iOS game by Shivanshi Tyagi. By using the game, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using the game

Use the game for personal, lawful entertainment. Do not interfere with its operation, distribute modified copies as the original game, or use it to infringe others' rights. The game and its artwork remain the developer's intellectual property.

Progress and virtual items

Dream seeds, saved runs, achievements, balloons and outfits are virtual game content, with no cash value or right to exchange them for money. Balloons are for cosmetics only. Local progress may be lost if you delete the app or device data. Export dream codes you want to preserve.

Apple services and purchases

The current release configuration has production in-app purchases and ads disabled. If purchases become available later, payment and refunds will be handled through Apple's App Store under its applicable terms. You may also be subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement, unless a different license is presented on the App Store listing.

Availability and changes

We may update the game, content, or these terms. We aim to keep the game available and working, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every device will perform identically. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
